What song is stuck in your head?

Spoon’s Black Like Me.

Street tar in summer will do a job on your soul.

One week later and Return of the Grievous Angel is still in my head.

Turn the Light by Karen O and Danger Mouse. It’s catchy.

Ebony and Ivory - Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney

Released in 1982.

Also in that year, the Green Bay Packers had a running back named Eddie Lee Ivery (1979-1986). At the time, I thought the song was about him.

Wilco & Billy Bragg - Califirnia Stars.

Lyrics by woody guthrie, likely from 30’s or 40’s when he was a migrant farm worker. never recorded until late 90s when it became…a solid modern song. just crazy to me.
