If you drink tea to hydrate - make sure decaffeinated as the caffeine works against you

I would think Gatorade, Pedialyte or a powder flavor additive in water would be better than not drinking and better than carbonated (maybe seltzer), caffeinated or alcoholic beverages

Consider adding electrolytes such as Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier…currently sold at costco in orange & strawberry (& one other I can’t remember (it’s green)) flavors

I like the Costco Hydration Multiplier that 1695814 mentioned - especially the Tangerine flavor. It also is good for preventing cramps.
