What’s the difference between that and poutine?
I like skyline, I eat it once or twice a year and it makes me incredibly sick, but most food does. I prefer a four way with beans, and I add on sour cream (lighter on the cheese).
My husband absolutely hates skyline. I think it’s the cinnamon flavor.
Do you have Gold Star in your neck of the woods? Skyline is by far the biggest chili chain, but Gold Star has a band of devoted fans. It’s a little tomatoier than Skyline. And they have better fries than Skyline if you’re into chili cheese fries.

As far as I know, nobody in Canada calls Poutine a three way

And on the topic of Gold Star and 3-ways: their promo during the 2022 football season was the “Who Dey Way Day” where they had BOGO ways the day after a Bengals win. I thought the name was fun/clever.
I assume that in Quebec, a Ménage à trois is still a Ménage à trois. And Poutine is Fucking Poutine.

Gotcha. But there are also 4-ways and 5-ways. And a few posers call spaghetti & chili a 2-way, but that’s not really legit.
4-ways & 5-ways absolutely are though.
As for me; I’m just a simple girl. I prefer 3-ways.

I think that Poutine in Quebec is on my bucket list. Skyline chili is not.

I don’t know if Cincinnati has a signature cocktail. It’s a German city, so there’s some breweries. Can I get partial credit for Rhinegeist beer? That’s a pretty Cincinnati alcoholic beverage!
I mean, no offense to Canada but I recently visited Vancouver and poutine and Caesar was on the menu nearly everywhere I went. And neither are particularly a western Canada thing.

A 3-way is spaghetti, chili, cheese. Period.
However, if it’s northwest cuisine you want, can I interest you in some geoducks or some Dungeness crab? You can wash it down with Starbucks or Seattle’s Best Coffee. Or if you’re in Portland then Dutch Bros.
