It’s called Roots Natural Kitchen, and they seem to mostly be east of the Mississippi and primarily in college towns.

Shrimp salad on dark rye from the Italian bakery. So goooooood!!! 
We did a Costco run yesterday, so we loaded up on the pinwheel wraps. I love that cranberry cream cheese they put in them.

I know these posts aren’t real recent, but:
Those salad type places seem to have cropped up everywhere, but the brands are different. We don’t have either of those places here. We have Sweetgreen, Chopt, and Gusto. Chopt is very close to me, and I get a salad or bowl there frequently. There’s probably another brand or 2 I have forgotten about here.
Oh man, I’m pretty sure Chopt is in DC. If so, I’ve been a few times and it’s pretty good. And last time I was there I went to a similar place but Mediterranean, wish I could remember the name because it was tasty.
