I made some chicken last night with jerk seasoning. But after seeing lots of stuff still in the bottom of the pot, I made some jerk gravy. Who needs the chicken? Just give me a spoon!
Italian sub, 3/4 of an apple. The sub was big enough that I only ate half. Will polish it off for dinner.

Salad at a place called Sweet Greens in Baltimore. Never heard of this chain but it was really good, some kind of steak thing with quinoa and blue cheese.

Except for the pesto, sounds like an italian pork sandwich. Everybody thinks Philly is the place for cheesesteaks, but skip that and get the pork sandwich there instead.

Leftover black bean soup from the freezer, over leftover rice from last night’s dinner.
Chicken salad sandwich
Rode the e-bike for a deli sandwich. Got the special, roast beef & Swiss with mushrooms, onions, and mustard. With house made chips - garlic parmesan. They make almost everything in house and use high quality ingredients and still they are cheaper than Panera.
Leftover Halibut and Couscous
Breakfast, not lunch, but spinach, egg, tomato, and cheese on an everything bagel, eating while doing work on the coffee shop’s patio.
Red beans and rice, with the new and improved sausage added after fishing out the other stuff. It’s MUCH better now.
