Making risotto to go with some leftover pork tenderloin and veggies.
Some stuffed shells, stuffed back in December or so for Xmas dinnet (Mom’s recipe). Using jar of Rao’ sauce instead of making my own. Garlic bread. Salad.
We had Costco rotisserie chicken. The dog was very attentive when stripping the chicken afterwards.

Hitting local The Cheesecake Factory. Bro-in-law has a Gift Card, so why not.
FYI: Also, 7/30 is national Cheesecake Day, so TCF is having half-price for dine-in only. That sucks, since I hate waiting for food (I can starve until I find immediate food), and TCF usually has a line out the door.
Do not check my Wednesday weigh-in number. It’s gonna suck, especially after beer and pizza tomorrow night.
Checking the menu. Yup, so many groupings of food. Bites, small bites, apps, bowls, burgers, sandwiches, salads, specialties, pastas, seafood, steaks, sides, skinnylicious ™, skinnylicious salads, skinnylicious burgers and sandwiches, … oh, and Cheesecake. 39 of them, plus ice ccream sundaes.

They did not have particular cheesecske my bro-in-law wanted.
I got a chicken dish. Three flattened pieces. I ate one.
Saved room for, you guessed it, Cheesecake. Cookie dough with pecans. Pretty good.

I was going to make meatballs and marinara (with pasta), but I think I’m gonna grill some steaks instead. Just don’t have the bandwidth today for the other meal.
update - the sandwiches were just okay. The fruit was good. The activities were better (I had some little magnet fidget-y toys that were fun, and mini-cornhole, and other options that we didn’t get to). And the kissing was best of all.
