I mean, itās almost Christmas break so Iām bound to watch it, but Iāll be irked by that plot device!
Just wondering. Do you react this way to all shows with a premise that you donāt like? Or are you looking for a reason not to like something a lot of others like?
If we replace ādonāt likeā with ādonāt make senseā then, yes I do.
Letās not be so passive aggressive, itās nearly Christmas!

Wasnāt really trying to be passive aggressive, some folks donāt want to like what a lot of others do. Sometimes they get very petty to be different (not saying you are being petty).
So what other shows do you not watch/like due to them not making sense?
Tough to think of one to be honest. I will say it irks me how much Star Wars ignores the whole concept of air-free space/inertia/etc, but I still like it because of other redeeming qualities. At least Star Trek tries to deal with that. Big fan of Interstellar though.
I donāt think itās an unreasonable standard for shows to have a coherent plot. Even if itās based in fiction it can still be coherent.
Didnāt Kim Basinger own a town?
maybe they own the land of the town.
Kind of like how some of the houses in the US are on leased land from the native americans
How many people actually watched Terminator 1 is what I wanna know.
Well Elizabethtown is one of my favorite movies (2005, 28% from professional reviewers, 66% from movie goers). Also Mr. Right with Sam Rockwell and Anna Kendrick (2015/45%/56%).
Very interesting!
Looks about what I expected. You can do it but it ranges in logistical nightmarishness depending on how developed the town is.
Not a challenge for me because I genuinely enjoy all of Kevin Jamesā films.
oh, youāre the one
Iāve started Shameless as my fall-asleep show, now that Iām done with the Good Place.
Should last me a while since thereās like 10 seasons.
finished Sherlock, very good.
did the show have a hiatus? the seasons arenāt consecutive
There is also a British version that came out well before the Showtime version.
There are dozens of us. Dozens!
I liked King Of Queens, but his movies do very little for me
I think it skipped a year while Martin was out riding the dragon.
No, not that one. The one Cumberbatch played.
Yes, it did not air every year. And two āseasonsā are just one episode.
Fifth season is still up in the air.
Hitch: super cute
Here comes the boom: surprisingly poignant
Paul Blart: fun
Grown Ups: lighthearted
True Memoirs: rewatchable
Iāve never seen a Kevin James movie I would not watch again, except perhaps Chuck and Larry, and thatās more because of Sandler.
But truthfully I find James very attractive, and Iām not joking. He does it for me. So I enjoy watching his stuff.
