If cider is an acceptable substitute for beer then I might consider a shower cider the next time I take a shower in the evening. But let’s be real… if I’m in need of bathing in the evening it’s probably going to be an actual bath, in the tub.
I’ve been told that a glass of wine in the tub does NOT count in the same category as a shower beer.
You can drink whatever you like, twigs, just not the one in bottles. The one that’s usually in the fridge when I visit my sister is 8.5%, though. However, a shower beer at my sister’s would be pretty weird.
Oh, I need cans for a shower cider? This is complicated.
I do have bath wine in a plastic wine “glass”. But I mean, that’s easy… I was going to pour it into something anyway. It’s just as easy to pull the plastic glass out of the cabinet as the crystal. And I had to have plastic back when I had a pool.
Can I pour a shower cider from a glass bottle into a plastic Pilsner glass or do I need to buy cans?
Ok, I will try to remember to have a shower cider the next time I have an evening shower and am not in a big hurry. It’ll be Angry Orchard in a plastic Pilsner.
Which might be a while. Showers are for morning or when I’m in a hurry. If it’s evening and I’m not in a hurry then it’s probably going to be a bath.
Oh sure, pouring your beer into a plastic cup is perfectly acceptable. However, the smaller opening of the can is good for keeping stray soapy shower water from getting in.
And morning shower beers are also perfectly acceptable. Don’t let the parents/teachers at drop-off or your coworkers tell you any different when they smell shower beer on your breath.
