Wonder what made Tucker finally break on something. He’s certainly not as popular as he once was, but he wasn’t discarded until he opposed Dear Leader’s war of choice in Iran. His podcast was fairly popular, as far as that goes.
I think it was likely tied to the fact that he remained popular after his initial break from tRump$. I imagine ODL thought that he’s a “nobody” without his backing and found out differently.
As someone who followed Nixon closely during his presidency, these comments worry me. Vance likes to think the bar has been substantially raised. If it has, that is not a good thing.

Elon Musk posted on X the entirety of an anti-immigration film that is banned in the Germany, the director’s home country. The movie is about a white man (played by alleged rapist Armie Hammer) going all Death Wish and hunting down and killing immigrants in retaliation for rapes that they have committed (making Hammer an ironic choice of actor).
Germany’s film ratings authority refused to classify the movie, in effect preventing its commercial release. The director said: “I was told that the film was inciting violence against migrants.” Is it any surprise that it didn’t receive a commercial release in Germany? And yet Elon Musk, one of the most powerful donors to the governing party of the United States, looked at this film, and its chilling ending, and decided it deserved one of the biggest promotional boosts he could give it.
