People should gain the right to vote when they’re born but their parents exercise it on their behalf till they turn 18, imo.
Nah. Instead, the voting age should be raised to 25, about when the brain is fully formed.

Fact check confirms that Abbott tweeted that. It certainly was already the law in Texas. I did not see confirmation that it was already in the constitution.

I got curious and checked. The current language has been in place since 1866 (amended as suffrage was expanded), and a general restriction of the right to vote to free male citizens aged 21 or more has existed since 1845. I didn’t quickly see anything in the constitutions of the Republic of Texas, or the Mexican state of Coahuila and Texas.
Am sure this will go off without a hitch.

Paulding County is growing rapidly and will continue to turn blue as it does. MTG is is in a pretty safe seat now, but it could be a matter of time before its not, and she won’t have a shot any anything statewide.
