I fell asleep at 7:30 last night, it wasn’t meant to be all night. Slept for 14 hours. Wish I could tell you I woke up feeling well rested.

I haven’t slept through the night since the 1980s so I envy you your long sleep. Four hours straight is my max.

Don’t envy it! I have hypersomnia, which can be a real curse. I’m never not tired.

Have you sought medical treatment for that?
I have a relative with narcolepsy. There are medications that can help.
To me, narcolepsy seems a little similar to diabetes. The body loses it’s ability to properly make & maintain a hormone called orexin (~insulin) and the person must learn to adapt to life without it.
Modafinil?
I use it from time to time when I get little sleep.

I don’t really know what heartburn feels like because I’ve only gotten it a handful of times before. But I think I have it now.
Be interesting to also include “total land area” (or population density per sq. mi.) with these graphs.
My exposure to British TV is paying dividends, I recognized both celebrity pictures in the tube. Harry Redknapp was on I’m a Celebrity a few years ago and Diane Morgan aka Philomena Cunk.

I’m on a train to York in first class and I have a breakfast coming to me and the guy asks me if I want red sauce or brown sauce and I looked befuddled so he says I’ll give you one of each. It turns out I knew what both of them would be but it’s my first time having HP sauce major bucket list item

I’ve also never had it despite being in the UK twice. We have a local European-themed market that carries it, maybe I’ll have a go.
One friend egg, one sausage, two bacon (American bacon pales in comparison), potatoes. Skipped the mushroom, beans, and black pudding.
HP sauce is not too far from ketchup but I could quite figure out how to describe the difference.
I always thought it had a plummy taste, although it does not contain any plum.
