Sean Connery was also a bodybuilder way back when. I have a n original brochure from a competition he was in, including his picture. I should dig it up.

Does anyone else use “Tetris” as a verb, like “can you Tetris anything else into the dishwasher?”

I’d never thought of that. I’d understand exactly what someone meant if they said it to me though.

I have several times. I used to say that “My favorite part of going to college was Tetrising all my stuff into the back of my car.”

We say “Jenga it” in our household.

I would think that would have almost an opposite meaning.

Like it there’s a tower of dishes precariously balanced in the drying rack and you need one in the middle you’d have to Jenga it out (not Tetris).

But if you are trying to cram one more Costco purchase into the freezer then you might need to Tetris (not Jenga) it in.

Neither was in my vocabulary before reading this post, but I will be looking for appropriate opportunities to use both going forward.

That’s what happens when trying to pull something out of the cabinet after someone!threw stuff in any which way.

I try doing it orderly, but darnit, I always have the 1-2 things extra I need to squeeze in there!!!

my house discusses the jenga (dishes in sink or too many items in trash) but not the tetris of loading the DW.

Where might I find an introductory accounting course online? Just need the knowledge, not credit of any kind. Don’t mind paying a reasonable fee.

Coursera.
