Anybody here qualify for a long-term incentive plan?
Seems that I qualify this year so (was dependent on performance) and I can collect shares with a 1-year lockup period.
Many moons ago I was in an incentive plan that had fictional shares whose value was tied to EBITDA.
They vested over 5 years based on performance. It was supposed to be 10% in years 1, 2, and 3, 20% in year 4, and 50% in year 5.
But we slightly missed the year 3 target so when I left my shares were worth roughly 29.7% of their notional value due to vesting.
They then missed the targets by huge margins in years 4 and 5 and I think all anyone ever got was around 45% of a lower number. It turns out that I left at pretty close to the perfect time (a lucky coincidence).

Why are so many videos on the internet displayed as mirror images?
In selfie mode, iPhones record a mirror image. You can flip photos. I donât know about videos taken in selfie mode.

Mirror image (and/or slightly zooming in) can also be used to circumvent copyright detectors, or at least they could in the past.
