I wonder how the WHO feels about cherry picking.

Does it recommend you go to a gym and confine yourself with a bunch of unmasked people who are all breathing hard?
It says keep at least a meter away from others and make sure the place is well ventilated.
Yeah, 1 meter outdoors is probably fine. Indoors, with everyone panting? Dumb to risk it, IMHO.
Define dumb. Arenât most people who contract delta while vaccinated not going to get deathly ill? If going to the gym is important to them, not sure it is dumb to go. Covid just isnât leaving any time soon. Is going to the gym, once considered a mundane activity, now a dangerous and stupid activity for the rest of their life?
May well be dumb - Iâm certainly not an expert. Just giving the information you requested is all.
Itâs gotten harder to get vaccinated. I just scheduled my momâs third shot.

You are younger than I am, and you have fewer non-gym options for exercise. It would be a dumb choice for me, as thereâs no reason I need to take that risk.
oh, you meant for yourself. I thought you were talking in general.
I havenât actually been to the gym in ages. I do a lot of exercises at home that I got from doing physical therapy, and I walk a lot, which doesnât require a gym. Iâm thinking of going back to the gym for a weekly yoga class cause my pt recommended I do that rather than do the same pt exercises over and over.
Yeah, sorry, I didnât mean to imply it was universally dumb.
Itâs gotten harder to get vaccinated.
Demand was down so much. I would hope there will be more centers opening, now that the booster is becoming a reality
I donât think weâll need the dedicated centers this time. My guess is that pharmacies and doctorâs offices and hospitals can provide plenty of coverage to meet demand. But i do hope there are some local walk-in options available to most people.

I hope that isnât the case anymore - last Wednesday I just walked in and got my third shot. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment and they said no. Handed them my card, I was out in 15 minutes or so. Wasnât even the same place I got the first two, I decided to go to the grocery store instead.
Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube is accessible, lots of variety and Adrienne herself is not super annoying (to me), if youâre looking for at home options.
Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube is accessible
I tried that and couldnât get into it, honestly. Others might feel differently, I just felt it was consistently changing from one position to another, where I wanted it more for meditation. It feels more like light-cardio yoga.
Lots of countries in Europe are now requiring proof of vaccination or having had COVID recently to go to public places like bars, concerts, sporting events,âŚ
A Czech singer and anti-vaxxer intentionally caught COVID so she could access certain venues. She died.
Hana Horka's son tells the BBC his mother was unvaccinated but wanted to acquire immunity.
hmmm, wasnât that old, and probably died from omicron which keep being said to be not as deadly to people who donât have other underlying issues.
also looks like her kid and possibly husband were vaccinated and got covid and are fine, and sheâs the only idiot in the family.
Wow, thatâs sad. I wonder how long until a COVID truther blogger picks this up and writes a headline like âCzech Singer Killed by Concert Venueâs COVID Restrictions.â
Minneapolis and St. Paul joined NYC (and Seattle and others) in this restriction yesterday
what i find a bit odd about this restriction is that in the places that require vaccines, you can go maskless. omicron donât care about your vaccine though.
