Quick update:
Actually, my first thought on today is:
since y’all are doing a great job of paying attention - I think we’ve gotten a throw from almost everyone in an active match on the first day [and there’s still time for the rest of y’all to get started!] - this is the best start I can recall, so thank you! 
But before we go to the details, a quick refresher on the “quick update” symbols:
= a player is one throw away from elimination
= we’re going to the final “winner-take-all” game of the match
= a player has been eliminated (and not-so-coincidentally a player has advanced)
