I love a deep cold winter. And we are having it this year. Bitter cold so the snow crunches under your feet. Everything white with fresh snow.
We are at the limit though. Snow is piled so high the snowblower won’t blow over top. Gonna have to mount snow-verest mounds at the end of the driveway and shovel snow off the top so I can continue to use the snowblower.
Anyway, cool looking day today.

Got a big piece of inside round thawing in the fridge to make pot roast!!! Mmmmmm, pot roast…

Both my mother and my spouse have a knack of turning pot roast into cardboard. I hate pot roast, probably because I’ve never had one that was cooked well.
