Our next door neighbor brought over a … I"m not sure what you’d call it … sausage roll? sausage bread? It’s sausage and onion rolled up in dough and baked. Awesome and, since I’m the only one in the house that will eat it, I’ll have it for quite a few meals over the next week. It’s kind of an annual tradition and every year I get to eat the whole thing.

i vote Sausage roll. when i think of sausage bread, it is chopped pieces of sausage incorporated into the dough.

I was tired last night and fell asleep early. Didn’t plan to sleep for the night, but it turned out that way. Slept for 15 hours. I love sleep, but that’s remarkable even for me.
Maybe I’m getting sick, it’s very possible. My son was just off school for two days for illness. But for now, it’s still a happy thought.
