The quote itself even including what it was about is really unremarkable in the context of a shooting. The guy CNN interviewed that the shooter was giving off the weird vibe was more interesting.

I am not sure either is really relevant. The guy was being weird and creepy, and said some things with a political context. Does any of the political context really matter? What if weird creepy dude said something about weird and non-political?
