Due to some personal time conflicts, declare-only, which was tentatively to be issued today won’t be issued until Thursday at the earliest. 2-way with procrastinator, tentatively to be issued tomorrow, will be delayed at least one day. 2-way with AA, tentatively to be issued Thursday, might be delayed at least one day. Others, tentatively scheduled even later, may also be delayed. Don’t expect any further announcements about them, just don’t be surprised if they are delayed.

I win the regular group challenge with +19.25, by 10.75. As anticipated, no challenges are currently issued. The declare-only will likely be issued tomorrow, then likely one per day.
Odd. I thought the declare-only was issued then (as planned), but I couldn’t see it later (before it would have timed out). Maybe I didn’t issue it after all, or maybe it somehow got lost in their site maintenance around Sept 27.
Anyway both group challenges were issued tonight, and some individual ones have been before tonite. Perhaps overoptimistically, I’m planning to be back on the one challenge per day schedule, even though I will be away from home on vacation most of the next two weeks. So if I don’t play or issue some of them, :shrug:
I remind everyone to consider playing in the country vs country challenge Mon-Wed next week (that one costs 10 cents in BB$) and/or the mini survivor or robot survivor (both free, and can play both, but would have to play those starting Monday since they are survivor format).
Not a good sign: I managed to play only a few boards of my match vs NN, and the vacation doesn’t even start until tomorrow. Will try to be more punctual.
NN wins the regular challenge with +11.00, by 0.50. WTF: I can’t find the declarer only. I know I started it, and hoped to finish it today, but not there. Time expired I suppose. I had little opportunity to finish yesterday, in vacation transit almost all day. Now at vacation location, so some busier days ahead but hope I’ll complete the challenges.

I know you are away. I just finished our head to head challenge that finishes tomorrow. I think I did pretty well. Do what you want with that information (make sure to play, skip it, play more aggressively, etc.). All good in any case. Hope you’re having a good vacation.
Yes, you had a good set. I was up 23 after 4 boards then lost by 29, despite IMO only one action which would clearly be a minority choice.

Strange. Lots of access issues in the past 48 hours, perhaps related to the issues they acknowledged they were having. Apparently challenges with AA and NN expired un started by me, not my fault. I issued a regular group challenge just now, and expect to issue a declare only tomorrow if all goes well. It may not, since right now I haven’t been able to log in as sw49. I can log out as sw1, but it’s not letting me changed the id on the login screen. I expect sw1 will be able to issue individual challenges, but can’t issue two simultaneous group challenges.
Perhaps one of you could enter a declare- only challenge to our group
I think I just started a group challenge for the 5 of us. Declare-only, MPs, not “best hand”.
Baffled. Home from vacation. I know I played the regular challenge, and I don’t think it should have time out yet even if I didn’t, but I don’t see it as still in progress or complete.
Even stranger, I know I saw the challenge AA created. I intended to accept it, but now I can’t find it at all. I know it shouldn’t have timed out yet. Could I have declined it instead of accepting? That’s all I can think of, but it seems inconceivable. I regularly accept the group challenges I issue, so this was not an unusual process. (Accepting a group challenge but not playing it right away is supposed to be fine, and what I usually do with the ones I issue: accept as soon as I issue it.)
md wins the regular challenge by 3 with a score of 11. 4 players finished. Looks like you finished 15 boards (the 16th is the only one with 4 results). And based on the other scores, were in the negative.
thek wins a tight declare-only challenge with a score of 55.21%, by a margin of 4.17% over both 2nd and 3rd who were tied. Each of these boards only had 4 players, so looks like you declined or missed this one.
Yes, I was sure I played no boards, even though my intent was to play and I did log in before time would have expired. Must have declined by mistake.
Do you want/need me to reissue a group challenge?
Yes, please. It’s slightly better for me if you issue all the declare-onlys, just because then I can use only the SW1 account. If I have to issue two group challenges, then one has to be from SW49. I am back from vacation now, so I don’t anticipate any problem completing challenges, but will still issue only one per day. Having another group challenge in progress shouldn’t be any time problem.
