Offer her the blanket since she’s cold

I bet attacking the hermit with an axe would get us killed

I was thinking of next just going on a killing spree in the town and see what happens

You return to the Town Hall and hand Rosemary the blanket. She graciously accepts the stolen blanket, making her unknowingly complicit in your theft. “Now I won’t be cold anymore!” she happily says.
You are in the Town Hall. Exits are OUT.

“I would love to go out with you! Where should I meet you?”

Come with me to meet this wise-guy with awesome shoes

“I’ll follow you anywhere!” she says, stepping forward to follow you out of the town hall.

Go introduce lord slippers to your better half

You have Rosemary follow you into the row boat on the Old Pond, and you row out into the pond. It is a very romantic pond. The perfect place to ask Rosemary to marry you. If only you had a ring!
As soon as you start peddling towards the cave Rosemary becomes very uncomfortable and asks to return to shore. Not wanting to upset the love of your life you row back to shore and she hastily exits the boat.
You are standing at the edge of the Old Pond. Exits are NORTH, SOUTH.

Now how are we going to get a ring…

Assuming we’re keen to get married. How long have we been dating Rosemary? It can be valuable to live together for a bit first to ensure we’re compatible.

You don’t think it’s a good idea to ask your girlfriend how long you’ve been dating. You better just pretend like you remember.

Return to blacksmith, ask if axe in inventory is valuable enough to exchange for a shiny ring suitable for proposal, and if not, what goods or services would be worthy of such a trade

You return to the blacksmith, and ask if he would give you a shiny ring for the axe he just sharpened. “Away with you boy, I have man’s work to do! I don’t have any rings for you to take!”
The blacksmith doesn’t seem interested in your axe, or in giving you a ring he doesn’t have.
