I was watching the early game while doing a project. There was 4 minutes left when i realized…i was watching the NFL network’s replay of a week 14 game.
Flipped over to the live/real game in time to see what had to be the fattest coverage INT in history

My TV was on mute at the time and I just happened to look at the screen to see the celebration of it…and figured, I gotta see the replay of this…something big happened the way they’re all celebrating…it took them forever to show the replay. Fun stuff.
I’ve long held the view that playing a national anthem at a domestic sports event makes no sense. I am ok for playing them at international competitions.
At least we stopped playing God Save The Queen before movies in Canadian theatres many years ago.

O Canada eventually replaced God Save The Queen but that stopped in the 1970s, about the time they stopped playing The Star Spangled Banner in US cinemas at the beginning of movies.
