what’s her response “Just Do It”?
Josh Allen is “All in”
Speaking of Josh Allen:
Um, yes it was a diggs.
It seems pretty easy to narrow down the target when a non-targeted WR doesn’t run any route.
Allen’s initial comments that sparked interest were in reply to a question about what six Bills players catching touchdowns vs. the Jaguars shows about their offense.
“That’s the beauty of it when guys get to buy into this and really understand like I may not get the ball four or five times thrown to me a game but the one or two times I do, I’m going to have opportunities to be in the end zone,” Allen said on Monday night. “It’s a fun and wonderful thing when you got a bunch of guys that don’t care about the stats, they don’t care about the touchdowns.”
Diggs was traded from the Bills to the Texans in April along with a 2024 sixth-round pick (No. 189 overall) and a 2025 fifth-round selection, with the Bills receiving a 2025 second-round pick (via the Minnesota Vikings).
So, dump the top WR on the team AND two picks for one pick. I think people will figure out what the problem was based on that solution.
The three-time Bills captain led the team in targets and receiving yards each of his four seasons with the team. Coming into 2024, Diggs accounted for 21% of Allen’s career targets, 11 percentage points higher than his next-highest player (Cole Beasley, 10%).
Moving this over from the baseball thread:
I remember last year after 4 games, some people were calling the Bears possibly the worst team in history. They ended up winning 7 games. Definitely think they’ll win >= 5 this year with their next 6 games all winnable (Rams, Panthers, Jaguars, Commanders, Cardinals and Patriots). If they don’t come out of that with at least 3 wins, we’re in trouble the back half of the year.
IFYP
tuuuurn around, your back half’s in trouble …
One of the “owners” of LAC selling their shares.
I know someone related to this guy.
Really glad Amazon bought the rights to TNF so most of America wasn’t exposed to whatever last night was.
Daniel Jones should be thankful, too, because it means most of America didn’t get yet another reminder of why he’s really a terrible QB.
I suffered through watching all the penalties in the first half but did not return for the second half.
I probably made more food than we need. If you are coming to the game in ATL, holla.
Appreciate the invite, but after the stress eating in the 2nd half of the ALA UGA game i can’t even think about it
The menu was cajun wings, andouille with mustard sauce, and maque choux. You missed out.
The game was nuts and a lot of fun.
The Tampa game on Thursday is one where the entree never changes. Due to popular demand, I always make Cuban sandwiches. One of the people coming isn’t a big Falcons fan and is coming just for the Cubans.
If I leave now, I should straggle in by kickoff…save me a spot on the couch?
I am sure i did. Will definitely have to make it one day.
I don’t know what half of this stuff is, but it sounds delicious. That Koo field goal at the end was clutch.
Perhaps “The Breakup” really did happen?
Love this
Admitting it is the first step toward recovery.
I never thought I’d be citing TMZ as a news source but they claim it’s because she’s in rehearsals and they’re very much still together.
