Another coach whining about his team getting caught cheating by VAR.
The offside was obvious.
The Handball, Iâd want a more thorough explanation from the ref, but not during the match. My guess is that it was determined to be unnatural. That means his hand could have and should have been somewhere else, and he knew that.
Iâm pretty sure it would be easy to train unnatural arm movements out of professional football players. Maybe some teams already do that because it would save a lot of these penalties. Of course keep training players how to fall down and writhe with agony after the slightest contact.
Schmeichel senior had a bit of a rant about being offside by a toenail (looked more like two inches of an Adidas boot). There is nothing in the rules about being a little bit offside - itâs either offside or not offside. Much easier that way.

Luckily for England, Jude only got fined, rather than banned from todayâs match, for âviolating the basic rules of decent conductâ in the Slovakia match.
Donât want to stray here but I wish that penalties for âviolating the basic rules of decent conductâ applied to human activities outside the sporting world!
