2023 College Football Discussion

Knowing the NCAA, they will probably suspend him for the coin toss.

Shedeur Sanders running all the way across the field to attack and shove the safety was also enough to warrant a flag and an ejection.

Maybe a flag. But the refs didn’t want to give him a penalty and wipe out the penalty on the player for the hit.

As it was they assessed a 15yd OPI and a 15yr DB PF. So Colorado got 30 yards on the play.

I guess it’s one thing to play your in-state rival that’s quasi-FCS and get excited about beating them on your home turf in 2OT, something (quite) different to go on the road and play an actual FBS team that’s good.

Also forgot to mention after last week’s win over Northern Illinois: this is the game that marked the return of Nebraska football to glory.

Notre Dame Fan will be at your desk on Monday explaining how this loss “really could have gone either way” and the Fighting Irish should be considered national title contenders anyway.

When I went to bed, Notre Dame was leading but was lucky not to be down 10. No reasonable person can look at that game and … ah, I see your point.

I thought I “saved” tOSU at ND in my YouTubeTV “library.” Alas.
Are USC and CU actually playing at 10AM local this week?

You mean 9AM PDT?

Well, for me, yes.
But it is being played in Boulder (what I meant by “local”), as the Coliseum was overrun by Motorcycles this past weekend, and the Real Grass needs some TLC after resodding.

That’s right. Im in Vegas and when I looked and it said 9 i did a double take then realized that I’m in PDT and forgot the game is in Boulder. It’s the early national game on Fox though.

Gonna ride the Prime-Time Train until, oh, I don’t know. I thought that beat-down last week would have done it.
Take the over on the game, though. Both teams’ defenses are exploitable.

That’s why both morning shows visited Boulder before the Oregon game, there’s still enough interest to give them a Prime Time showing but they knew it wouldn’t be as big a draw to go to Boulder for the USC game after CO lost to Oregon.

Just wondering when this time was determined.
More like Brunch Time! AMIRITE??

It’s available on Peacock, and you really should have Peacock b/c of their coverage of track and swimming and cycling. Plus soccer games in Spanish w/o paying for cable.

…and World Cup Rugby.

Fixed.

YouTubeTV has these Spanish networks. Trust me, I’m getting all of the La Liga de Campeones matches, especially the early time slot not on CBS Sports Network.

Internet says it was set on 9/18, after the CSU game.

Good point. I should watch sports with no PEDs and clean athletes like :checks notes: football.
