Super weird! I wonder if the strike through is just hitting at the exact horizontal part of the 4 so you can’t see it?

Here’s what I see:

The strike through is close to the horizontal segment but you can clearly see it is distinct.

The other option is to add spaces to the strike through.

It’s still a “strike through” four; it’s just that the strike-through line aligns with the horizontal line.

You might put a strike-through 4 with other numbers on either side:
