I like the idea of striking week 1, then week 2 and so on until there are active players.
That seems like the best idea for this season.
I don’t see any provision for that in the rules?
I thought in the past when everyone loses in a given week all players move to the next week (but I easily could be mixing up my pools).

ITA; but there should be some criteria of tie-breaker(s) for after Week 18 to determine a winner.
But a 100% strike out of players before then . . . I support a “mulligan” for all players and move on to the next week.

Yeah, that is specified in the rules but a pre-week-18 100% elimination is not.
Sounds like the consensus is a mulligan for all affected players and keep going which is quite consistent with the Week 18 rules.
I could be wrong but I think it happened at least once on the AO late in the season when there were two or three players left and all got a strike and it was ruled a mulligan.

It may well have happened before, but we can’t check (thanks DW Simpson) and the rules don’t specify what happens.
I will amend the rules to cover that situation going forward.
