Worst popular candies

I’ll take your word for it. The only way to make liquorice good is to add alcohol to it so that it tastes like ouzo

Even that only works if you’re so drunk you don’t care how gross it tastes.

IMO ouzo is one of the best drinks out there

Whenever I eat poplar candies my mouth feels like it’s full of cotton.

Ouzo: Opa!!! Black licorice: :face_vomiting:

I also put amaretto in the category of good drink/bad candy

There’s amaretto candy? I’ve never heard of such a thing!

I like amaretto though.

Yes there is, but you’d be nuts to try it

The last ‘drunk with old friends’ I had was on the deck killing a bottle of ouzo. And it’s gonna be one of the first things I do once we have a vaccine. I really miss being able to see them, drink to excess, and laugh about old times.
Thanks for the memories :).

I’ll enjoy a drink as well, though instead of ouzo it would probably be a Corona Lite.

Is there anything worse than eating a chocalate chip cookie…

…only to discover after the first bite that it’s otameal raisin??? :face_vomiting:

I quite like oatmeal raisin cookies (if they have the right spice balance) - but not if I am expecting chocolate chip. You are right about that part.

I like oatmeal raisin cookies better if they leave out the raisins. I do agree that the cookie part is nice if they have the right spice balance.

But I’ve had cookies that are basically the same dough as chocolate chip cookies, only some dastardly soul replaced the chocolate with raisins! Ugh, what a waste of good cookie batter.

Raisins in cookies is gross. I like oatmeal cookies with or without chocolate chips or M&Ms. I prefer soft cookies too.

Ok but what about dried cranberries in oatmeal cookies?

Love oatmeal ______ cookies as long as raisins aren’t filling in the blank.

Fruit does not belong in cookies.
