I like pretty much all summer fruit, but ranier cherries are my favorite.
Happiness is crunching deeply into a mouth full of good blueberries.
I also love a perfectly ripe peach. I like to slice one up and soak it in wine as an after-dinner treat.
Interesting. I’m not a huge peach person, but that does sound tasty. What wine do you use?
Just whatever I have on hand. It’s probably more suited to white wine, but Jaspapa used to do it with red too. I would say try it with dry or semi-sweet; a sweet wine might overshadow the sweetness of the peach.

One of my son’s favorite summertime activities is picking wild blackberries then making a blackberry pie and blackberry jam.
