Mine has to be either butterfish or mackerel. Fried.
toro
filet-o
maguro
Tuna, from the can.
salmon
Bronzino
Whole, broiled
I love fish and can’t pick just one favorite. We definitely eat more salmon than any other fish as it’s very convenient and tasty.
Salmon is very low mercury. Good choice all around.
I do love whole branzino.
I like both of those. I mostly eat mackerel either raw (sushi) or smoked, though. I’m also a big fan of fresh bluefish. I used to sometimes pick up a butterfish and fry it for lunch, but i no longer live near a market that always has fresh butterfish.
The fish i probably eat the most is either tuna (also sushi) or salmon (often as lox).
I like a nice whole trout, too.
Love salmon with a crispy skin
Perch followed by pickerel. Not a fan of a lot of other types of fish
I don’t think I’ve had that.
My husband doesn’t eat fish, which makes it a little harder to experiment. I can’t cook it as the family meal.
It’s a nice light white fish. Since you like trout you’ll probably really like branzino
broiled yellow corvina
is it me or does farmed salmon taste better than wild?
If you see hamachi kama on the menu at your favorite sushi place, order it!
I know I’ve had perch but it’s been a long time. Crappie is also a seriously underrated fish.
Otherwise, I basically want to eat all the fishes. I don’t know if I can pick a favorite.
