I’m going to get the best Thai food in Denver. Most places I order it ‘hot’ but these folks are serious and ‘medium’ is about right. Except last time I was there, medium felt like this:

MD Brunch, She had Chicken & Waffles, I had Salmon Benedict (ok, and some of her C&W too). She Bloody Mary, me Mimosa

Cream of potato soup and a buttered roll. It’s chilly out, so soup is on the menu!!!

Salmon, black beans, yellow squash.

ramen

Like from a good Japenese restaurant where there are lots of interesting ingredients with complimentary flavors and textures? :ramen:

Do you get the cheap ramen? I’ve been buying mostly Shin brand ramen, and if I add a six-minute egg and some shrimp, maybe some veggies if I have them handy, then it’s not bad. Sometimes I throw in dried Thai chilies. Not as good as good as going to a restaurant, but not bad.
