fried clams at the beach
Green curry and obligatory 4th of July corn on the cob.
No lunch, but BBQ at a friendās house.
Well, technically happy hour. Kalua pork nachos and a couple of mai tais.
Mahi mahi bento box, and lilikoi caramel French toast for dessert.
You guys are gonna get a lot of me here this week. Ahi tuna salad, and a mai tai (hard to turn down a $5 mai tai).
Is ahi tuna salad likeā¦a green salad topped with some ahi tuna, or the mayo based tuna salad but with ahi tuna? I mean I would definitely eat the latter, but I assume itās the former.
A salad topped with seared ahi tuna sounds fantastic.
It was the former, with some edamame, tomatoes, and some kind of wasabi dressing (not too spicy). But yeah, Iād eat that kind of ahi tuna salad as well!
Do people actually like edamame, or is it one of those āitās good for youā things? Iāll eat it, but it seems totally meh to me.
We went to a polish restaurant a few weeks ago that specializes in schnitzel. They basically served us platters of meat, hiding a couple scoops of homefries at the bottom of the platter.
I can take it of leave it but my wife and daughter both love it and often have it for snacks.
Sushi! Spicy tuna, avocado roll with fried coconut and eel sauce, and a fried tuna roll with spicy peanut sauce. Very good.
