Ramen. Not the cheap stuff, from a local place that is quite good. Pork belly, kimchi, egg, green onion, cabbage.
Chonqing beef. It burns.
Leftover crab fried rice.

chicken salad, crackers, fruit
gyros
dinner was even better - my band played a big block party and the guy who set up a table right next to us had prime rib, which was great, and brought a bunch over to us.
Corned beef and cheddar sandwich (with home-grown lettuce), fresh tomatoes and carrots from our garden, plus a honeycrisp apple from our tree
I enjoy burgers, but donāt get them often at all. I save that for when Iām at a place that has a great burger or when I make them myself, as itās just not worth eating a crappy burger. Just had a steakhouse burger, and it was everything I hoped.
Lasagna at an upscale restuarant (not Cheesecake Factory).
Mmmmm, Fazoliās.
Homemade tacos drenched with Hip_tiger_wifeās fresh lime-flavored pico de gallo.
Weather was nice today, took the bike downtown for Cajun. Etouffee (sp?) and hush puppies. Normally Iām meh on the latter but they make them in house and they are solid.
And I havenāt eaten any yet but I got some bananas foster bread pudding to go, for my wife and I to share.
Stopped by a dƶner kebab place (thatās similar to a gyro in the US) and got an absurdly huge dƶner wrap. Iād say it was about 3x the size of a normal sandwich. No way I could finish it at my hungriest, but it was very tasty.
That reminds me, we just got a new shawarma place here, I think it just opened in the past week or two. Maybe Iāll take a quick break and ride downtown to give it a shot. Itās a very small chain, it looks like they have ~10 locations in TX, one in Atlanta, and now one in KS.
Bowl of soup and a buttered roll.
Left over stuffed Cabbage and a slice of Challah (all home made)
It was good, but not great, there is a better option thatās also close to my house and Iāll probably stick to that place.
Chicken noodle soup, crackers, and a banana.
Hot veal sandwich at the good Italian place. So gooooood!!! ![]()
