Something similar - a leftover Hawaiian Torta from local tacqueria. It’s kind of like a cuban sandwich with rings of pineapple. Pretty tasty.

Montreal style and NY style hybrid bagel, made fresh, with lox, cream cheese, pickled onion, capers, and tomatoes. Always great.

ended up going to the bbq place to get a 3 sides platter, served with cornbread (marinated slaw, mac n cheese, and today they had Creole gumbo … all delicious)

company provided, including eggplant parmesan (which didn’t look very good, but tasted great), pot roast, a good spinach, cranberry, and walnut salad, etc, etc.

We had our lab Christmas family event yesterday, so we have tons of leftover carved ham and sides from that.

a student’s family catered our all staff meeting today: pulled pork, loaded potato casserole, slaw, and we signed up to bring breakfast, sweets, and drinks
