i’m getting used to the split keyboard with landscape mode that was hurting my brain at first.
i still don’t love how heavy it is. i’ll have to get an earpiece for actual phone calls or talk on speaker. even with my old one which was lighter, i found holding it up to my ear for more than a few minutes to be challenging.
for other things the weight is okay. just talking on the phone and it’s too damn heavy.

With my current Pixel 6’s battery degrading, my being in need of additional storage space (since the software I have to have on it for work is…bloated), and the Pixel 6’s modem not being happy with the cellular reception at my home…the release of Pixel 9’s caused me to pull the trigger on an upgrade.

Yes. The amusing aspect, however, is that Google has been hyping the Gemini (AI) integration with the Pixel 9…and Gemini gave the phone a mediocre review.
