What are you watching (bingeing) these days?

Yes!
He has aged a lot, but the tone and inflections in his voice, even through the put-on accent, tipped me off.

I watch King of Queens a lot, of course. In the midst of another rewatch.

It’s an unpopular opinion among fans, but I think season 6-9 are the best of them. I’m watching the one now where they go to a ski resort for a free weekend in exchange for a timeshare pitch. It’s a good one.

“South Park”??

For you The Handmaid’s Tale fans. The sequel, The Testaments, (also written by Margaret Atwood) is starting on Hulu April 8. Aunt Lydia is back!

Waiting for The Other Bennett Sister to get on BritBox

in the meantime, watching Cadfael

The Pitt - almost caught up with season 2. Wasn’t going to watch this but daughter was obsessed and it’s actually pretty decent for the type of show it is.

Watching Law & Order and also L&O SVU on Peacock.

Everyone is so busy! Walking and talking and working - too busy to stand still for a minute.

Also watched the first couple episodes of Heated Rivalry. Spicy!

“DTF St Louis” on HBOMax.
A bit disappointing.

It was… something. Not the best, not the worst, plenty weird.

Really enjoying The Testaments Season One. I think it’s the best season in the franchise since season one of The Handmaid’s Tale. It has a bit of a boarding school vibe (like Dead Poet’s Society), even though most of the students go home to their parents each day. Fascinating (and scary) depiction of gender and class imbalance.

Mentioned before, but I’m trying as much as possible to go back to drip-feeding shows (rather than binge) so that I can savor them a bit longer. So, in this case, I’m up to date with the episodes and can’t wait for the next one!

Watching season 15 of Law and Order. Now that I’ve seen the Wire, I’m noticing so many of the same actors on here.

One episode had Wee Bey, Bunk, AND Clay Davis! Sheeee-it.

Finally binging Ted Lasso. On S3 after a couple weeks.

Young Sherlock (Amazon Prime) - other than the characters having the same names the Sherlock Holmes books, and the time period being about right I guess this want you get when things fall into the public domain. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great.

The Keepers (Netflix) - documentary about unsolved nun murder and catholic priest sex abuse in Baltimore. Good but disturbing look at the Church.

I actually know one of the nuns (former) interviewed.

And the church is in the town where my son lives

it was OK, but I remember it had trouble staying on topic

Started “Wyatt Earp and the Cowboys,” on Netflix. Fell asleep during Ep 1. Probably won’t finish it out.

It was 7 episodes and you are right they probably could have covered it in 4.
