His & Hers - unbelievable crime drama on Netflix with dumb plot twists. Watch at your own risk.
having watched that (and choosing not to disclose) I applaud your consideration of others and apologize for not warning you 10 days ago
Finished Season 1 of âThe Wire.â Very good.
Steal - Amazon Prime - heist, started out strong but 4 episodes in not sure if the payoff will be worth it.
joined my wife in Better Call Saul. Her first time, my re-watch. So I jumped in late in S3, wheels in motion for the transition to the other show. Love it still
Wild Cards on Prime. It was originally a Canadian show, then on The CW. Almost done with the first 2 seasons. Third season is actually airing shortly. Buddy cop type show. Heâs disgraced after his brother died and they found drugs in his car. Sheâs a con woman. Only person I recognize is Jason Priestly as the con womanâs dad. Martin Sheen shows up occasionally too, but only in videos the con people watch. Entertaining for what it is.
You got me to type âIs Martin Sheen Canadianâ.
No, but he has expressed fondness for Canada.
Finished up Steal (6 episodes) - it had a fun premise and started out strong but went a bit absurd and off the rails in the later episodes in my opinion and the payoff wasnât that good.
Started Little House from the beginning. Always a good watch for me.
Poor pa. He canât catch a break. He also canât fake play a violin to save his life!
I had started up âThe Muppet Showâ several years ago when I was quarantined for COVID. Not sure I got through the First Season. I watched it when it was first aired and I was more âScooter.â Now I am more Statler and/or Waldorf.
But now:
Watched Wonder Man - Disney+. Itâs a super hero show thatâs not really a super hero show. I thought the chemistry between Yahya Abdul-Mateen and Ben Kingsley was great and made the show very enjoyable. Absolutely setup for a 2nd season and judging by the reviews will probably get it. Whether or not they bring him into the extended MCU multiverse remains to be seen but I see how they set it up either way as standalone or character that later gets integrated into the film world.
Good Cop, Bad Cop. A sister and brother, both detectives solve cases in their home town while working for their dad, the chief. What youâd expect.
Ponies. Two CI agents in 1970âs Moscow die and their wives become sort of agents and try to figure out what happened while also doing spy work.
School Spirit, season 3. Finally out. Only 1 episode in after the SB.
Watched the first two episodes. Itâs entertaining for sure. The 70âs vibe is fun.
The Burbs - strange dark comedy about the âsafestâ town in America. Unbelievable, but they lean into that and itâs intentional. Not great, not terrible.
Search Party on Netflix
Started Ponies itâs fun so far.
How to get to Heaven from Belfast - Mystery series with a bit of dark comedy. Not really my thing but reasonably entertaining if you donât try to apply too much logic to the mystery.

Enjoying Mel Brooks: The 99 Year Old Man on HBO
Recently found out that tons of old Biography Channel episodes are available on Youtube. Salvador Dali was out there lol.
