Renewed for a second season.
Viewed the first two seasons of Severance quickly as it was brilliant. Adam Scott was awesome. Season 3 has been set up well. Sadly it is a few years off.

Have they seen Rogue One? Not necessary for plot, but there are definitely moments that allude back making it more fun to have seen Rogue One first.

Finally started watching season 2 of Andor. It’s fantastic so far. This and Rogue One really are the best of the Star Wars franchise.

is there anything you need to know in advance of watching Andor S1? or could a newb start it and pick it up?
Rogue One is in some sense a spoiler, but it lets you know who the main character is. Helps to know the story is set just prior to the original movie, and it involves the origins of the rebellion against the empire. I say just jump right in.
You can definitely start with Andor as a stand alone. There are some minor details in the series that allude to moments in the movie that make it a more interesting experience having seen the movie first. The alternative is just a more linear story.
Caught up on Season 2 of “Poker Face.”
Looking forward to that one. Season one was great.

Finished all four seasons of Slow Horses (Apple). It’s about a unit of MI5 where they send disgraced agents, and it’s quite funny.
Need a new show but heard Last of Us S2 isn’t good. Maybe Andor next?
was going to update my viewing of Mobland (watched 8 episodes of the 10 in S1) to note that I like the theme music in Mobland and the only other show I can think of where i enjoyed the song as much was in Slow Horses (Mick Jagger song). I have no idea who does the one in Mobland, but its catchy
