What are you watching (bingeing) these days?

We really enjoyed that one but your description of chaotic is apt.

Just finished up The Brothers Sun - Netflix. 2 brothers, one raised as an assassin in the family crime business with his father, the other raised in America with mom with no knowledge of the family business at all. The two worlds collide when there’s an attempt on dad. Good cheesy fun if you don’t think too hard about who the ā€œgoodā€ and ā€œbadā€ guys are supposed to be.

finished S1 & S2 of the bear. Liked it.

Finished Beef. don’t carry anger with you!

watched E1-3 of Chernobyl again (on a flight) and damn that was so good.

Need a new show!

Good Girls on Netflix.

Into 4th and Hulu’s final season of ā€œCheers.ā€
Not sure what I’ll do after this season. Need to find the rest of the seasons, but in good time.

I watched the whole series on… I think it was Netflix… a few years ago. No clue it it’s still on there.

started a harlen coben mini series ā€œFool Me Once.ā€ so far, it’s poorly written. a million twists. we are 30% done.

also started Fleabag. I like that it is 25 min each. will make short work of it.

If you like Fleabag, check out Crashing, an earlier series she did and only 6 episodes.

Finished this last night. I didn’t realize at first that each episode is actually based on another Poe story. Kind of cool. I enjoyed it but thought that the ending was a little weak.

Loudermilk So far I’m enjoying it (thanks to @Bro above).
Might do TBBT again. Youtube has been recommending shorts on this and it seems like I am missing some of the episodes.

Half way through season 3 of Loudermilk. Really enjoying the snark. Great characters throughout, not just the main 3.

My wife and I started it last night and it produced some good laughs. Despite his critical nature, Loudermilk is likeable. He is a bit like GoActuary’s DTNF.

Loudermilk does not suffer fools gladly and is quick to respond critically. He says out loud what most of us only think. He is clever and funny in his criticism.

Being compared to him is not a bad thing.

On Prime?
I’ll add it to my ever-growing list of things I’d otherwise forget to do.

i’m watching it on Netflix. No idea whether it’s also on Prime.

Loudermilk is good.

Anyone find ā€œFool Me Onceā€ a little disingenuous? The main character already knows the answer to the mystery she is ostensibly trying to solve? Maybe I need to re-watch knowing she killed her husband and see if it hold together.

I don’t think Fool Me Once would hold up on rewatch but I enjoyed the first time around.

WHO’S THIS GUY???

There’s an old saying in Tennessee–I know it’s in Texas, probably in Tennessee–that says, fool me once, shame on… shame on you. Fool me, you can’t get fooled again!
