Started watching Three Pines as my wife and I love the Louise Penny mystery novels. Series is entertaining but not as good as reading her novels.

Bill Lawrence was an executive producer for Scrubs and is/was an executive producer of Ted Lasso. A looooooootttt of similarities between the two series, imo.

Honestly, if you are intrigued by any of the modern reality shows that shows social dynamics in an at-times competitive group setting, like
Real Housewives
Survivor
Big Brother
On Deck
The Bachelor(ette)
etc…

Then there is a lot to really like about watching similar cultural themes work their way out in a chimpanzee society. This is especially true when the characters are proven capable of actually killing their rivals. If only the same could be true on The Kardashians…

We are watching Jury Duty on Amazon. It’s freaking hilarious and painfully cringey.

Watching Solo now that the first season is (hopefully) almost over.

Kind of reminds me of shows where they have a great concept for the first season they cannot carry longer. I hope I’m wrong and it doesn’t turn out like Lost (which I do enjoy, but admit it went off the rails).

Sad that it’s ending but I also applaud the creators for ending a series while it’s still good, rather than dragging it out unnecessarily.

After this I think I’ll watch Bad Sisters.

Finally watching House of the Dragon. Saw the first episode when it came out, but it didn’t grab me like GOT did. Through 4 episodes it’s pretty decent. It’s no GOT but few things are.
