I didnāt bother to save my weight history from the ao before it got canned. I started making an effort to drop some weight in late 2018 when I hit 206. Was between 180-185 for most of 2020. Iād look best around 160, but I am not willing yet to make the concessions on diet and exercise to get there. I like to eat well and I know what it takes to get me to 160. I think 170ish is a good goal for now.
Highest adult weight was 235 and lowest was 160. Both were over 20 years ago. Iām 5ā11"

Yesterday I went out for a birthday dinner with Mr. NA, so I accept all the consequences! I didnāt overeat, but it was more than I typically eat late at night, and the timing of when I eat at night seems to influence my weigh ins.
My scale is dead and charging it is a moderate hassle. Which means I will do it⦠later.
Oddie and me are struggling to figure out what our regular exercise regime is going to be now that we moved away from our personal trainer. What do yāall do?
This is my graph as of 3/17/2021, long straight lines are me giving up tracking. Starting again today. Time to move this line in the right direction. Goal weight is X - 150. Iād be happy to get there in 3 years. Iād be happy to get there in 7 years. I just want to stop adding to X to start.

Bad week. Great food (and drink), but bad week.
Iām not having the best week. I went back to the office which has drastically increased my steps and Iāve been absolutely famished all week. Iāve been under my calorie goals but the weight has been creeping upā¦hoping itās temporary. Not looking forward to Wednesday; blah.
If you stick to your exercise and calorie goals, results will come. Donāt get discouraged by short term results, as weight fluctuates from one day to another based on salt intake, water intake, pooping,⦠I try not to weigh often, as behavior is more important to me than short term results. I did find that weighing weekly was helping me stay on track, but I donāt want to weigh much more often than that.
What if I wanna be fat, dumb and happy???
My prescription is donuts, beer, fried chicken, and pizza.
And I canāt get enough pix of the stuff you grill and smoke!!!
