I didn’t bother to save my weight history from the ao before it got canned. I started making an effort to drop some weight in late 2018 when I hit 206. Was between 180-185 for most of 2020. I’d look best around 160, but I am not willing yet to make the concessions on diet and exercise to get there. I like to eat well and I know what it takes to get me to 160. I think 170ish is a good goal for now.
Highest adult weight was 235 and lowest was 160. Both were over 20 years ago. I’m 5’11"
I had gotten out of the habit of the weekly weigh in since the ao died, so starting over.
Had been hovering right around last week’s weight all week, thanks to monthly hormones, then dropped 1.4 pounds overnight. I hate when the scale doesn’t move even though I’m doing all the right things, glad it worked out for this week in the end.

Missed posting last week, but did weigh, and was very annoyed at the gain, but it seems to have been a blip. This week is probably a blip too. We’ll see. There’s been a lot of yard work (more physical activity than I normally do) to be done over the past two weeks, and have about another two weeks of it to be “finished”.

Seems like I need to keep doing yard work, but all the hard stuff is done, so I need a new task. Maybe I can convince my spouse we need to tackle the garage. It’s about to get f*ing hot though, so I have about 2 weeks before that becomes too much. Should probably clean off the storage slab/treadmill.
