Have been tracking but not updating post. Have been holding essentially steady for almost 2 months, which I’m fine with considering how very -not- focused on what I’m eating I’ve been. We’re also almost through the Easter candy that got stashed in the freezer, so as long as we don’t replace that with some other readily available sweet, my sugar intake should decrease very soon.

Summary
I didn’t bother to save my weight history from the ao before it got canned. I started making an effort to drop some weight in late 2018 when I hit 206. Was between 180-185 for most of 2020. I’d look best around 160, but I am not willing yet to make the concessions on diet and exercise to get there. I like to eat well and I know what it takes to get me to 160. I think 170ish is a good goal for now.
Highest adult weight was 235 and lowest was 160. Both were over 20 years ago. I’m 5’11"
I had gotten out of the habit of the weekly weigh in since the ao died, so starting over.

I’m definitely down since I started this whole thing back up. Mrs. Hoffman is down another 3 lbs., she’s making incredible progress.

I’ve lost around 40lbs. Now I’ve plateaued, I’m hovering plus or minus a few lbs.
It sucks. I want to lose another 20 and a quick way for me is cycling. But I don’t have time for the treadmill, nevermind cycling right now. Given that I’m studying and working right now from 6am to about 930pm, it’s gonna be another 4-5 weeks before I can get back in an exercise regime.
I loaded up too much on coursework this term. I won’t do that again.

That’s -10.6 lbs. since I came off PT and really got after things. Not sure how much more I can drop in the next month, but if I could get under 210 that would be (A) amazing, and (B) probably pushing the limit.
