Trumpās rally in Savannah, GA, was in a small arena (2,565 seats) instead of a larger one (9,500 seats) because that is what he booked. Trump fans are mad at the mayor of Savannah, not the Trump campaign who chose the smaller arena or the private company that runs both.

The Trump campaign selected the venue that they felt confident they could fill and apparently, the 2,565 seat venue at the Johnny Mercer Theater was more reasonable and easier to fill for them than the 9,500 seats in the Enmarket Arena,ā said Mayor Van Johnson.
The Trump Campaign also gave WTOC a statement, saying, āItās unfortunate the Mayor of Savannah is regurgitating Kamala Harrisā false talking points about crowd sizes to compensate for her poorly attended events, rather than focusing on President Trumpās message today to protect the Port of Savannah and bring more jobs and wealth back to the city and to the state of Georgia.ā
