There was a part, shown on Late Night or Daily Show, where he whines about the “speakers at the DNC being nasty, so nasty. I never get nasty, I’m always nice, but… should I get nasty? (Crowd urges him to get nasty), or should I stay nice (little to no crowd noise)…”
So, yes, that crowd wants some of that nice old nastiness. Not that nasty new nastiness that the DNC speakers do.
They are all awful, awful people. They should shut up and then die. Or, the other way around.
Another day, another former Trump official writing a book criticizing him. This time his former national security advisor (the one who hadn’t yet written a book criticizing Trump)
I wish I’d paid better attention to what areas around me used to be plastered with Trump signs. There are noticeably fewer.
There is a famous local business with a barn next door owned by somebody else, and in 2016/2020 they had double-barn-door-size flags and more things up.
This year, nothing.
Just yesterday I was driving though town, and the same guy with about 20 signs out on the way to the grocery store is back in full force. I realized only after driving past I should have stopped and taken a pic. While moving, I’m pretty sure I saw a black-and-white “American flag” emblazoned with “GOD, GUNS, AND TRUMP”
I’m a bit baffled at how none of Trump’s supporters are bothered at how consistently bad Trump is at hiring people to work for him. Everyone who’s worked for him and has now written a book or done media interviews is incredibly stupid, and the dumbest person he’s ever met. You don’t hear anything like that from other Presidents. Why has he struggled with so many lousy former aids?
I’m sure that given a little prodding, he’d go march into Plot E at Oise-Aisne in France and talk about how everyone there had been treated so unfairly - just like him - and then make a statement about returning those people who were convicted in rigged trials and were completely innocent - just like him - back to the U.S. instead of leaving them abandoned in France like the Communist-loving, veteran-hating Democrats had done.
And, of course, have lots of photos and a live TV feed of the entire thing.
Sorry for TMZ, but other articles I found only described the video rather than showing it.
Randi Weingarten, President of the American Federation of Teachers, has two adopted children.
The people without kids are trying to brainwash our kids, and that disorients me and disturbs me[… Randi] has no children of her own. If she wants to destroy and brainwash the minds of children, she should have some of her own and leave ours the hell alone.
The third video in the article had some weird language, when he was defending his “childless cat lady” comments:
My own wife, who is a very accomplished litigator, she has three beautiful kids
I regret that people took [me calling them childless cat ladies] the wrong way… I’m going to make jokes, I’m going to say things sarcastically. There are certainly things I’m going to say if elected Vice President, people are going to say, “I wish he said that differently”[…] I think it’s most important to be the person I actually am. Those comments were made in service of a real, substantive point - this country has become too anti-family
“Given that people have told you directly they were hurt by those comments, do you wish you had never made those childless cat lady comments?”
I think it’s most important for me to be a normal human being who sometimes says things people disagree with
“So no regrets?”
I have a lot of regrets, but that doesn’t make the top 10 list
J.D. specifically targets American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten … saying “she doesn’t have a single child” … and urges her to have children of her own and “leave ours the hell alone.”
Important to note, Weingarten does have two adopted kids
