Harris last night praised the US Olympic men’s basketball and women’s soccer teams for winning gold medals (the men’s team trained near where her rally was). Meanwhile, near as I can tell, Trump hasn’t congratulated any of the US medal winners. He has done a bit in which he falsely says that Imane Khalif is trans and used to compete in men’s boxing. It’s not a big thing, but is telling.

Interesting that hacking the Trump campaign gets videos from the totally unrelated Project 2025 that happens by coincidence to have been written primarily by former Trump administration members.

i think trump’s narcissism is so pathological that he cannot love anything outside himself and so has no real conception of the truth. after all, to understand truth about a thing you have to love it to some degree.

There are US citizens who are pro-Israeli, just like there are US citizen who are pro-Palestinian. I think they should be free to campaign for their interests. Barring illegal participation from foreign governments/govt backed groups (like hacking), I consider this part of regular politics. I don’t know of any details in the Cori Bush primary that are contrary to regular politics, but I haven’t looked closely.
Agreed. I think the question is whether the funds are coming from US citizens who want to support another nation, or are they coming from the other nation directly?
Part of the reason Trump isn’t hiding many rallies? He stiffed a bunch of cities during his last campaign and they’re waiting for payment…
I was reading something about the reason his plane diversion was to this airport and not that one was because he still owed money to a more convenient airport.
The claim also said he was avoiding rallies in cities where he skipped out on his bills. But it was just a claim, not real reporting.
He needs to steer clear of Ogdenville, North Haverbrook, and Brockway.

I have to admit that I am enjoying Trump’s denouement into a failed Presidential candidate.
He really has no idea how to deal with KH and Walz. His usual tactics are completely Boomerangin’ on him and hurting him electorally in key battleground states. The more he tries to lie and trash talk KH and Walz, the worse his numbers get.
Its perfect because given his narcissism, he will never change tack (which i am sure his advisors are telling him to).
I’d feel better if the promised land weren’t even odds of trump winning (as opposed to Biden being behind).
