No. She has a 2% lead nationally and a 1% lead in PA.
It could be larger, like it was for Clinton, but not that large.
That assumes some correlation of the National vote to the swing states’ votes. Until I see statistical support, focusing on swing states should be the only thing both parties should do. Now, getting legislation passed will require getting reps voted in who will actually pass legislation and not merely hold daily impeachment procedures.

Clinton “beat” Trump in the Popular vote by 2.1% and lost the electoral college.
Biden"beat" Trump in the Popular vote by 4.4% and won the electoral college.
Both elections came down to small margins a just a handful of states.
So I’m thinking that in order for Harris to win the election, she’s going to have to be at least +3% in the popular vote when all is said and done if she’s going to have a chance to carry the electoral college.
I mean Clinton go 2,868,686 more votes than Trump which is more than the current population of 15 individual sates and she still lost because the distribution of votes wasn’t correct for her.
Biden won by 7,052,770 and still if a few votes in just 2 states had been different Trump would have won again. That 7M figure is more than the current population of 35 states.

The link describes how the state AG had just announced charges against a Republican House Rep for embezzlement and said that there was more corruption. The Republican head of the Ethics Committee said there was no problem.
Nate Silver is putting it in the 2-3% neighborhood.

Were any of the states able to pass the bills that would allow them to declare election fraud and just have the state legislature pick the winner they want?
Georgia is working on that right now. Hopefully it won’t him up the process too much.

Yeah, but besides those two things which she’s constitutionally required to do and that third thing which she won’t be able to do until January, what else has she done for the Americans?
I know it’s rhetorical about the lame Fb folks but…
think she is met with over 100 foreign leaders on Biden’s behalf, been a liaison with the Senate (though Joe still had a lot of ties there), has been been in all his security meetings asking questions, and I think she was pretty involved in the recent prisoner exchange. Honestly there’s not a lot of reporting on what she has done so the Republicans can pretty much claim she both hasn’t done anything and is simultaneously responsible for all the Biden failures. It’s win-win!
Trump’s plane yesterday landed in Billings, despite his rally being in Bozeman, and he took a separate flight from Billings to Bozeman. So far, I have seen speculation that the problem is that he owes the Bozeman airport money for fuel (Billings and Bozeman use different fuel companies), and also that it was mechanical sabotage as part of an attempted assassination attempt. The joys of living in a post objective fact world.

Conspiracy theorists should apply Occam’s Razor to this one. Trump is the 4th owner of a plane that is over 30 years old and has seen heavy use including commercial. It likely will continue to need more maintenance.
