They care much more about a local person acting like Paxton did.

This is a moral Rorschach test.
If someone cannot identify the systematic killing of tens of thousands of children as genocide, but still wants to claim they are a fighter for human rights and human dignity, that is hypocrisy.
Because if you cannot call one of the most horrific violations of human rights what it is, it becomes very hard to believe you will truly stand up to the Trump administration, Big Pharma, health insurance CEOs, or any other powerful institution making ordinary people’s lives unlivable.
Human rights cannot be selective. Either they apply to everyone, or they are just a slogan.
Ignorance isn’t an excuse. He’s running for a powerful position and we can put less ignorant people in charge.
Is that less ignorant person on the ballot?

There’s the creepy behavior with women stuff, the unhinged reddit posts. Probably more that doesn’t come to mind right away.
Edit: I believe that he didn’t know what the tattoo was when he got it, but multiple people have said that he did know what it was long before it became public and that his claim about just finding out is BS.
While this isn’t Congress specific, it does likely have relevance to this fall’s political circus in the US.

Maybe one day, those deep red states won’t have the worst health outcomes, education, poverty and gun violence. A few more generations of voting for republican policies will certainly be the turning point.

He’s not running. Speculation is he is being kept on life support long enough so Kentucky can’t call a special election to fill the seat before November election.

Hopefully when he drops out everyone can finally admit that supporting a Nazi rapist as a way to try to take down a Nazi rapist is, to say the least, not good for the soul.
