I assume funkadelic is not on the list.

the term “contrepreneur”. Basically people who go on LinkedIn and say, "Hey, last year I scaled up my business to $Ungodly amounts, you can too by just clicking here and grabbing this free report (which is really just my funnel to convince you to spend $384 on the online workshop and then $2,747 on the in-person master-class and then $18,600 / year for private “coaching”) ".

I only see them on LinkedIn, I don’t doubt that there are many others on teh socialz.

Do they promise that you can make “up to $25,000.00 a week”?

So like, if you make $0.50 a week they are telling the truth, but they promise that you will definitely not make $25,000.01 or more.

i wonder if that statement is true if you make -$100 per week

similarly vegas casinos advertise “our slots pay up to 99.9%” which translates to 1 slot pays 99.9% and the rest pay 60%

It was something like “Last year I scaled my writing business to $220k. Get my free guide, which normally costs $59 to access, to find out how you can do it too!”

There is no such thing as free. Unfortunately for my bank account, I have ethics which prevent me from jumping in and performing a similar scam.

I always wondered why, if someone found a way to be successful in a certain industry, they would want to teach others to do that, too. it’s just creating competition.

These are just really nice people. Just like those that promise you the winner of tonight’s football game for a fee. Honest and giving people who use their ability to create wealth for others.

yup, i wonder why bezos doesn’t have a class for “How to get filthy rich”

probably because it’s those who can’t, teach

it’s more like, “Those who can, do. Those who wish to scale, teach.”

What does “wish to scale” mean? Go get your own fish and flay them.
many meanings of “scale,” that’s all.

sounds like multi level marketing to me

“to scale” means, in that context, to deliver results “at scale”, or, basically, to make the same impact on 20 as you do on 10, or 200 on 20, etc.
