My wife texted me about this morning. Yes, she loves watching the squirrels in our yard. And yes, I occasionally put the Bird Buddy where they can access it so she can watch the videos.

The squirrels in our backyard entertain us a lot. There is one without a tail that comes and goes. We always look for it. I wonder if it was born that way or if it had an encounter with a predator. I’m also glad they use our patio furniture because we certainly don’t. Sometimes, we’ll see one on top of the table eating an acorn, or on the chair resting, probably from a hard day’s work of collecting acorns.
See, this is what happens when you are retired. You watch squirrels all day(okay, we also watch rabbits in the summertime).
So don’t retire.

We aren’t retired but my wife watches all the things in our yard. We have a family or two of rabbits, the squirrels, and we’ve got this family of cardinals, I think at this point I’m their only source of food, lol. They come by like 4-5 times a day.
we have 3 birdbaths, one of which is heated (it’s the only year round one). so my wife will watch them all wait in line and get clean and frolic, etc. squirrels also hit that.
I see. I think I just solved a birthday present for my wife this year! We have three bird baths now but all are just concrete. They are all pretty old, fits our aesthetic.
Does it come with little beer can holders?

In the early 1920s, Canadian researchers discovered insulin. Danish scientist August Krogh and his wife Marie visited the University of Toronto lab of John Macleod, Frederick Banting, Charles Best and James Collip, and obtained a licence to manufacture the hormone.
Dr. Krogh ultimately founded the company that became Novo Nordisk, which today manufactures about half of the world’s supply of insulin. The company has become a powerhouse of the Danish economy and, at times, Europe’s most valuable company.
Insulin also powered the rise of Eli Lilly in the past century.
