I went through the full gallon prep a couple times. The first glass is fine, but each gets progressively worse.
But last time there was a different prep, that involved much less volume but tasted a little worse. Still, it was way easier than the gallon.
It was the volume and the taste that challenged me. I am not no longer used to drinking a gallon of fluid at a sitting. Those days ended shortly after university!

So, not today, but recently… I was in a Mexican restaurant sitting at the bar. The US v Mexico soccer game was on so it was a little crowded and all of us at the bar got to chatting.
And a Latino guy was drinking something in a clay cup, I asked what the heck it was. A cantarito, it turns out. Grapefruit, orange, and lime juices, tequila, topped with grapefruit soda. With tajin on the rim. I ordered one, really solid.
I can’t donate my personal Kindle books to the library because I only purchased a non- transferable license to read them and not the actual books. Bummer!
